I have been using Microsoft Money for years, downloading my bank statements from Natwest and lloyds with no problems until about a month ago when the statement has apparently downloaded but when I try and open it it say 'communication error', I have contacted Natwest online banking and they say they do not support Microsoft Money and they have not had anyone else complaining, I have tried MSN online help which will not connect but feel sure they will say if it is communication contact Natwest!I have tried downloading the statements to my desktop but when I try and open it it says communication error again .Has anyone else had this problem?Evie 0 This discussion has been closed.
