My money counter

Time the camera settings resets. Is this the reason why the frame/shutter counter reset ?How do I find out how many pictures I took ? And why the frame/shutter counter resets ?If I count all the pictures 226+190+2105+3820 = I get 6341 pictures.Thank you!
