Well wouldn't it just be my luck? I'm sitting on my balcony overlooking the ocean at Vero Beach and I'm freezing. That's right... it's cold. My toes feel like they are going to fall off. Nice mini-vacation this turned out to be... Oh well, at least I have trusty old lappy with me to pass the time, and in honor of the cold temperatures, I decided to delve into the chilling new game Hallowed Legends: Ship of Bones. I admit, this game is kind of creepy. Some lady is out there trying to suck my soul clean from my body only to leave behind a pile of bones in her icy wake. It doesn't get much scarier than that... I better not walk on the beach at night, or I'll freak myself out! Once your friend's soul has been snatched by her icy stare, you decide to venture deeper into this tormened village in order to uncover the truth behind this curse in an attempt to save your friend's soul. Pretty darn nice of you if you ask me... But, the good news is that at least you don't have to venture into this game alone. One of our friendly walkthrough gurus has been kind enough to put together a Hallowed Legends Ship of Bones Walkthrough, packed full of everything you could ever need to combat this ancient curse and get to the bottom of this haunting mystery. Each scene requires some interaction to uncover or assemble a few of the pieces, but they are not maddeningly difficult. The hint button will guide you if necessary, but I actually enjoyed completing the tasks on my own, so I could feel like I earned any achievements that I was awarded. Hey, it’s the little wins in life…Achievements are also earned while completing the mini games. They are not overly complicated and it’s fairly simple to complete them without using the skip button. The first is assembling a picture from torn scraps, which reveal a photo of Harry and his daughter.The message scrawled on the snapshot encourages Harry to hurry home to his little girl who loves him very much – it really gave me an emotional pause, which I wasn’t expecting from this type of game! The mixture of animation and live action is amazing, if a little creepy at times, but truly pulls you deeper and deeper into the game.See, don’t you want to help him? Look how real he looks! He’s not just some weird animated man! It worked on me, anyway…Overall, I really enjoyed Hallowed Legends: Ship of Bones and it left me wanting more. I’m pretty new to hidden object games; having a new baby left me with little me-time, but now that my daughter’s one (where did the time go?!), I have a little more time for myself these days to sneak in some playtime… when she actually goes to sleep when she’s supposed to…Hallowed Legends: Ship of Bones truly blew me away with its impressive graphics and gripping story, and it’s certainly made me a true fan of the developers, Elephant Games. So watch out for that lady in white and good luck breaking the ancient curse!!

Climb the ladder to the attic Zoom in on the projector and take the RED CRYSTAL (2/3) Click on the mechanism and take the PUZZLE PIECE Examine the wood ring and take the GREEN CRYSTAL (2/3) and WOODEN PART Go back to the tree house Click on the puzzle box and use the 2 PUZZLE PIECES to open the box and take the GRAMOPHONE HANDLE Go back to the attic Use the GRAMOPHONE HANDLE on the gramophone and take the JAGGED AMULET and CLOCK WEIGHT (2/2) Go back to the tree house Use the 2 CLOCK WEIGHTS on the cuckoo clock on the wall and retrieve another COGWHEEL Go to the second floor bedroom Use the JAGGED AMULET to melt the ice on the desk, take the BULB from the open drawer Go back to the attic Place the BULB in the projector and place the FILM REEL on top to watch a cut scene Click on the wall behind the sheet to complete a hidden object scene Find all the items on the list Place the two ice skates together to get a pair of ice skates, put the mouse on the cheese to get a sated mouse, open the trinket box to find a key and place the lampshade on the lamp base to get a lamp Take the MOON SYMBOL Go to the junkyard Click on the car on the left and use the MOON SYMBOL to melt the ice, open the door and take another COGWHEEL Go back to the attic Place the three COGWHEELS on the mechanism and click the lever to open the doorway Locate the five runs to recharge the book of fire. They are located in the attic, second floor room, tree house, junkyard and museum. When the book of fire is lit, go back to the attic Use the book of fire on the ice monster and go through the door onto the roof

Click on the plane door and to get the BOARD Click on the water to the right of the plane Click on the box to open and take the FISHHOOK Use the BOARD as a bridge across the water Cross the water to the city gates Click on Henry to talk to him and take the KEY from his hand Go back to the plane and use the KEY to open the bag hanging from the wing of the plane Take the BANDAGE and the TORN PICTURE Go back to the city gates and use the BANDAGE on Henry’s arm Watch the cut scene Click on the skeleton to talk to him and get more torn picture pieces Zoom in on the pieces to reveal a jigsaw puzzle Use the TORN PICTURE to begin the puzzle Drag and drop pieces into place, they will click once they are aligned correctly Get the HANDLE from the skeleton Go back to the plane and use the HANDLE on the plane door Click on the handle to open the plane door.
