Hello Jose Augusto,There are several things that you can do to detect and remove malware such as the eGroup dialer. First off I would recommend that you download Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy . Configure and run them according to the the Ad-Aware Tutorial and Spybot S&D Tutorial . If you have any questions on running these programs, or what to delete, post right back here.Note: Keep these programs on your computer and run them on a regular basis. (I do it twice a week.)Next I would go to www.trendmicro.com , and then:1. Click "Free Online Scan".2. Click "Scan now, it's free".It'll take a few minutes to download (especially with a dialup connection), so be patient. When it's done:1. Select all available drives.2. Check(tick) "Auto Clean".3.
